Summary

I come from a business, language, and social work background. I have a passion for building community through the integration of therapy, music, and wellness. My therapeutic approach is based on the following values: curiosity, humility, collaboration, non-judgment, and authenticity. Moreover, I view therapy as relational. This means that what we create together, the therapeutic relationship, is what heals. Our work together is founded on the fact that we each have an inner healing intelligence guiding us to blossom into our highest potential. Sometimes, we become stuck in this process. My goal is to help you become aware of and access your innate resilience. In doing so, you can take back your freedom, and live fully and authentically.

I have a particular passion for LGBTQ+ individuals, with a focus on the coming-out process and relating to one’s own identity. I am part of the LGBTQ+ community, and I work from an anti-oppressive framework. I believe I would be a good fit for you if your goal is to deepen your relationship with your lived experience and identity, so you can live more authentically.
