• Company Overview: Toyota Music Factory - Located in Irving, TX, it is an 8,500-capacity venue that serves as an open-air amphitheater, operated with seating flexibility for various-sized events. Recognized in 2024 by the Dallas Observer as the Best Outdoor Music Venue, it provides a premier setting for live shows.

Responsibilities include:

• Restocking—Ensuring guests' needs are met by fully stocking all products in fridges, bars, and walk-in coolers before, during, and after shows to satisfy guests' needs.
• VIP Food Runner - Handle food running duties for VIP sections while maintaining high standards of professionalism, as well as a focus on professional communication, while serving high-end clientele in premium seating.
• Concessions Worker - Operated the POS system efficiently during high customer volume at a quick pace, ensuring a satisfactory experience.
• Guest Service - Ensuring optimal guest experience at all points during show days, e.g., answering questions, offering a helping hand, or guiding guests the right way.
• Inventory- Counts are done on a monthly basis, and we are taught to triple-check our numbers in order to acquire the most accurate data for inventory purposes.
• Cleaning/Maintenance - Upholding venue standards by prioritizing presentation; practicing this on non-show days helps keep our workplace clean. Staying after events is also part of protocol.
• Complying upon Request-Relocated beer carts and covered bars with tarps to comply with specific requests made by event organizers in the event that the venue is booked for a private event.

• Part-Time Clerks must provide quality customer service while working the register, as well as ensure correct change is counted out and handed to the customer with a positive attitude

Responsibilities are as follows.

• Prepared food promptly, per TABC guidelines, while maintaining compliance when working in the kitchen.
• Completing the DAW tasks (Daily Assignment Worksheet), these include:
• Maintaining kitchen machines: following the cleaning protocol, using the correct tools, and putting them in the right cleaning cycles.
• Uphold bathroom cleanliness.
• Keeping up with cooler restocks, as well as roller grill food items.

As a To-Go Specialist you are tasked with ensuring every order is packaged right and not missing any requested items

You are also tasked with working a POS system if anyone would like to order, or if anyone has not yet paid for their order. Phone orders must also be taken by you.
