• Assistant Manager for 660-unit storage facility in Modesto. Two man team to run storage facility inside and outside, Office: Front Desk, customer service, lease contracts, prospect new tenets, cash handling, all POS transactions through DOMICO, MS Outlook to communicate with corporate office, MS Excel, MS word all used in daily office work. Outside: All landscaping- Blowing Hallways, Trees and bushes, grounds keep, All Maintenance, etc.

• Daily reconciliation, monthly sales goals, cash handling, credit card, money order and large deposits. Customer Service, Sell new products, refers new accounts, floater in other areas. Ambassador greets customers, direct, resource.
