Build better varieties that satisfy all parts of customer chain (seed distributor / grower / packer / grocer / consumer). Practice agronomy: differentiate effects of genetic from production system. Breed in place : open field and protected culture systems (nethouse, greenhouse) and different environments (Italy, Mexico, United States). Sculpt genetics based on ability to perform under varied and extreme environments (arid,humid, temperatures and altitude : sea level to 3K meters). Translate innovation into practical solutions for customer chain. Work across and within different cultures to advance pipeline ( France, Italy, Algeria, Mexico). Apply appropriate technology to speed pipeline flow. Coordinate technology sharing across breeder platforms in North America, SE Asia and India.

Summers. Punch cattle. Started with 100 head Braham heard. Moved with herd to Oregon to care for 2000 head mixed Braham/Brangus/Holstein herd. Cut and bale hay. Fix fence. De-horn, castrate, immunizee and brand cattle.
