• I have worked as a staff nurse with the primary duty of dispensing methadone .As a nurse providing support to clients who are in treatment for opioid and alcohol addiction In addition to methadone administration I dispense Suboxone(buprenophine/naloxone) and Antabuse(disulfiram), as well as the administration of various vaccines such as Hep b and covid 19 shots. As a staff nurse I participate in health screenings and mental health assessments. During the beginning of the Covid 19 out break I participated along with The then DON with home medication deliveries to those who were infected by the Covid virus.

My role as a Direct Support Staff was centered on assisting developmentally challenged individuals in a group home setting .In this capacity I would assist clients with their ADL's, dispensing medications, and preparing meals .In addition to house keeping and transporting clients to their daily programs.

My role as an advocate evolved reinforcing plan of care to clients to provide consistency of care for a more structured environment.

As a nurse working for Healthport services a Apple rehab subsidiary I work as a charge nurse at various Apple Rehab facilities as a charge nurse working with geriatric and rehab residents. My duties involved the administration of medications such as insulin ,high blood pressure medication as well as psychiatric and various other medications. Delegating responsibilities to CNA staff ,transcribing Md orders, communicating with physicians, residents and residents family members Reporting effectiveness of residents medical treatment regimen and any charges to residents condition or plan of care.
