Responded to helpdesk tickets from end-users and patiently walked individuals through basic troubleshooting tasks.
Installed cables running and terminated cat 5e, cat 6, cat 6a
Set up PCs, projectors, and microphones for use in video conferencing rooms.
Performed troubleshooting and repaired peripheral devices such as printers, scanners and mitel desk phones.

Working with Mitel Phone system creating accounts and troubleshooting equipment issues, desk phones, phone switches, etc.
Managing Meraki Mobile Device Manager, managing iPhones and macbooks across the maniilaq network. Including pushing out apps and troubleshooting problems with outlook.
Working on konica minolta printers from the old 3351's and C458's to upgrading to the new 4051i's and 451i's, troubleshooting and working with support to service machines and get them up and running once more.
Configuring and managing Ubiquiti nanobeams that wirelessly transmit our maniilaq network to other buildings throughout th e town of kotzebue.
Working and teaching summer interns about e-waste cable termination, imaging and deploying desktops, showing them helpdesk, mitel, etc.
Created itwiki.maniilaq.org and added instructions on how we do basic tasks here in IT.
