  • Serves as First-Line Supervisor Mechanic for six Combat Support Team and primary advisor to the Commander on matters of maintenance and equipment readiness; managed over 150 pieces of equipment and assortment of combat vehicles valued more than $25M. Manage training schedule and ensure all employees are in compliance with the mandatory training regulations such as Sexual Harassment Assault Response (SHARP), Equal Opportunity (EO), combat life saver course and Drivers Training. Ensure that all mid-level-supervisors and employees receive monthly performance counseling to know what their weakness and what needs improvement, solve problems and direct them to other military agencies for further help. Manage the safety of the Motor pool by enforcing them to wear the proper protective equipment (PPE) and keeping a safety environment by abiding with the Occupation Safety Hazard and Health Administration (OSHA).
  • Increased the Organization level of Sling Load Inspectors from 10 employees by instructing and certifying more than a hundred employees.
  • Developed a plan to identify excess parts in the Motor Pool saving the unit and the army over $20k.
  • Recognized by the U.S.Army Sergeant Major Academy (USASMA) as an assistant instructor for the highest academic graduate ever in the history for Battle Staff class 10-15.

  • Served as the Training Operations Supervisor for the largest forward base logistics command in the Army; comprised of 10K Soldiers, civilian and host nation personnel serving throughout Europe. Organized logistical support for Mobile Training Team Liaison (MTT) and schedule ranges and training facility for other organization through Range Facility Management Scheduling Systems Manager (RFMSS).
  • Performed expertly as the operations leader during an extensive military exercise. Tracks, prepared and collect data distributed to 8 nations, resulted in a success training of 1,657 personnel.

  • Contributed to the 109th Transportation Company’s ability in winning the coveted National Defense Transportation Association Award (NDTA) for physical 2008.
  • Provided daily schedules, updates intelligence briefings for over 300 Convoy Security Operations; led to escorting of over one million miles accident free of cargo into Iraq.
  • Displayed outstanding leadership in transitioning the new unit Night Truck Master on right-seat and left-seat rides throughout the Tactical Operations Center.
