- Serves as First-Line Supervisor Mechanic for six Combat Support Team and primary advisor to the Commander on matters of maintenance and equipment readiness; managed over 150 pieces of equipment and assortment of combat vehicles valued more than $25M. Manage training schedule and ensure all employees are in compliance with the mandatory training regulations such as Sexual Harassment Assault Response (SHARP), Equal Opportunity (EO), combat life saver course and Drivers Training. Ensure that all mid-level-supervisors and employees receive monthly performance counseling to know what their weakness and what needs improvement, solve problems and direct them to other military agencies for further help. Manage the safety of the Motor pool by enforcing them to wear the proper protective equipment (PPE) and keeping a safety environment by abiding with the Occupation Safety Hazard and Health Administration (OSHA).
- Increased the Organization level of Sling Load Inspectors from 10 employees by instructing and certifying more than a hundred employees.
- Developed a plan to identify excess parts in the Motor Pool saving the unit and the army over $20k.
