  • Take leading role on Agency Management System conversions from start to finish. Includes establishing relationships with agency users, data backups/transfers from previous AMS, mapping data/quality assurance, status calls with agency and AMS vendors, and handling download and other post conversion needs for agency.
  • Conversions into AMS360 from various management systems including Applied TAM, EPIC, EZLynx (Vertafore Conversion tool) Hawksoft, Partners XE, etc. (CSV)
  • Admin/manage carrier download for AMS360, EPIC, and EZLynx systems. Admin agency IVANS account, configure downloads into databases, work with carriers on setups/configuration of downloads.
  • Act as full time support on Helpdesk. Support Tier 1-3 tickets as well as escalate Tier 4 tickets to appropriate vendors for support. Escalate internal product issues to our development team. Support external users on AMS360, EPIC, and EZLynx support. Provide IVANS download support, Renaissance host website as well as general user support and system installations. Greater than 1,000 tickets resolved annually with greater than 100 active databases/clients supported. Zendesk and Freshdesk experience, as well as Asana and Jira.
  • Onboard new agencies start to finish including internal setup, active directory, conversions/data imports, and data sync connections to host website for live dashboards.

  • Built issue and resolution reference guide for AMS360 based on support needed within agency. Trained staff on common issue resolution, drastically reducing gaps in productivity and need for external vendor support.
  • Developed reusable templates for agency proposals using AMS proposal builder, able to customize when requested on back end.
