I began my naval career on the lower rungs by chocking and chaining aircraft after they landed on the flight deck. I quickly rose to become Fly3 blue shirt PO and soon after was moved to Tractor pulling division. In this position my duties involved using tractors to tow aircraft to starting position before flight operations and scheduled preventive maintenance. After 1.5 years I became an aircraft director where I remained for the remainder of my enlistment. My duties included supervising all flight deck personal.
