Voluntarily perform administrative duties and clerical functions in support of the soldiers and unit. Keep track of soldiers records i.e. Physical fitness, height and weight, military education and eligibility for promotion.
- As a Duty appointed retention NCO I served as an advisor on matters relating to the army retention program. Under the operational supervision of the active army career counselor. Assist in maintaining monthly, quarterly and physical year statistics for the commander. Coordinate all reenlistment, extension and RC affiliation actions and ceremonies through the active army or RC career counselor as appropriate. Assist the commander with preparations of bars to reenlistment on soldiers not recommended for reenlistment, extension and to give professional guidance.
