As a technician at Columbia River Cycle, I would diagnose and repair motorcycles for customers. I would also be called upon to run the rest of the store as needed. Anything a customer may of needed from walk in to walk out. I would install parts from bar jobs to big wheel kits. I would also help with getting parts ordered for customers. It was a mom and pop custom bike shop and we did all from oil changes to custom bikes.

• Restored major systems in motorcycles and similar vehicles from cooling systems to fuel systems.
• Replaced brake pads and brake systems, allowing riders to stop quickly and safely.
• Employed hand tools, presses and power tools to repair or replace defective parts.
• Changed headlamps, turn signals and other lights to maintain vehicle visibility and proper signaling.
• Recorded parts inventory information and neatly organized parts for storage.
• Fabricated custom components when needed for special projects.
• Checked throttle operation and corrected issues with free movement or routing.
• Completed regular maintenance tasks such as air filter and oil changes to keep customers' motorcycles running smoothly.

• At Ride Now I had 3 jobs. Started in sales then was a lot tech until moving up to motorcycle tech.
• Prepared merchandise for purchase or rental.
• Upsold additional items based on customer interests and needs.

• Completed daily recovery tasks to keep areas clean and neat for maximum productivity.
