Manage the online store for a small, family-operated business. Responsible for updating the inventory, monitoring and responding to security threats, adding/editing content to the webpage, and maintaining the functional components of the online store.

• Implement 5-10 weekly updates to the system components and to the content of the webpage.
• Provide business owners with technical support, and remain on call for emergencies.
• Consult business owners on technical decisions.

Led a team of 4-5 employees in the Facility Operations Department at the OSU gym. Responsibilities included ensuring policy compliance, monitoring member safety, serving as the main liaison for student and staff programs, mentoring staff, and managing emergency response.

• Paired with three different, younger employees each year to help guide their professional development through interview practice, resume building, and cover letter writing.
• Served on five hiring committees and conducted interviews for staff onboarding and promotion.
• Led bimonthly emergency preparation training sessions.

Responsible for our community outreach. Planned and conducted community service events, requiring me to meet and work with city and charity officials, as well as other community service officers.

• Adopted Chintinimi Park, which included having a sign with our greek letters at the park entrance and us being the sole greek organization that cared and maintained the park for the local community
• Organized and led 17 separate community service events.

Tutored the chapter's computer science students. Responsible for performing monthly grade checks, conducting weekly study sessions, and 'office hours' for homework help.

• Closely worked with three security students for two years through weekly study sessions and coding practice sessions over Zoom.
