• In house lab procedures performed include MLSS, MLVSS, sv30, sv60, cl2 ppm, D.O., pH, temperature, and belt filter press samples and testing. Also oversee that monthly, quarterly, and annual samples are properly collected and delivered to the proper state certified laboratories within the hold times.
• Managed a staff of 4 operators through scheduling, delegating, mentoring, and encouraging my fellow employees to move up in certification and knowledge about operating and maintaining a wastewater treatment plant and the collections system.

• Operated, monitored, maintained and performed troubleshooting for a 8MGD SBR and tertiary cL2 gas disinfection wastewater treatment plant.
• Compiled and maintained data and records for permit reporting according to regulatory requirements and documented plant procedural and safety standards. Such as writing or re-writing SOP's and maintaining SDS (Safety Data Sheets) for the chemicals used in the treatment process.
• Prepared field reports and performed process control analysis and verified compliance with local, state and federal operating regulations.
• In house lab procedures performed included MLSS and MLVSS, settleable solids, pH, and temperature of the end of the aerated treatment cycle of each SBR. cl2 ppm of tertiary treated water as wells as pH, temperature and sampling for outside lab testing. Belt filter press total solids and total volatile solids testing.
• Trained and mentored 4 new staff members in cleaning, maintaining and using equipment and on environmental and public safety value of disciplined wastewater treatment.

• Operated, maintained, performed daily lab procedures and operated 4 one meter belt filter presses at a 25MGD extended aeration wastewater treatment plant.
• Monitored employee performances and motivated team members on day-to-day basis by delivering positive reinforcement.
• Trained 10 new employees on company standards and safety procedures.
