  • Established a culture where it was ok to make a mistake as long as we owned the mistake and learned from it.
  • Consistently met production targets and never let our customers (the process plants) run out of raw materials needed. Even through the pandemic.
  • Helped develop and managed mine budgets of <$20mm.
  • Established staffing requirements, production KPI's that were key to maintaining efficiency and profitability.
  • Guided engineering team to improve the gangue handling procedures, water management, and in pit dumping design's.
