Clean heating and cooling coils when needed. Maintain proper air flow throughout duct work, and make sure all electric dampers are working properly.
  • Maintain gas boiler systems; conduct yearly and biyearly maintenance; including replacing igniters, flame rods, gaskets. Clean heat exchanger, chambers, burners and condensate neutralizers. Ensure all circulator pumps are working properly and lubed. Check pressure reducing valve, relief valve, blemo valve and all connection..
  • Ductless Mini Splits; Clean Evaporator, Condenser coils, evaporator fan wheels and filters. make sure on heat pumps unit is working in heating and cooling modes.
  • Gas water heaters and plate heat exchangers; Gas WH, change igniters and flame rods once a year or as recommended. Verify inducer motors work properly. Plate heat exchangers, make sure no leaks and unit maintains proper temperature. For gas and Plate heat exchangers verify all pressure and tempature gauges are accurate. Check all circulator pumps are greased and working properly. Make sure all isolation valves work properly.
  • Cooling towers (Air and Liquid cooled) clean coils with proper cleaning agents. Check and adjust (if needed) chemical levels.
  • Diagnose and repair or replace any nonworking parts in any heating a cooling system.
