*inspects pumping stations and related equipment;
*diagnoses mechanical, electrical, electronic and SCADA problems and performs necessary repairs;
*maintains pumps, valves, blowers, filters, screens emergency motors, generators and other equipment;
*reads various meters and gauges;
*adjusts, repairs and replaces malfunctioning parts such as bearings, gauges, impellers, starters, heaters , and breakers
*makes repairs to floats and pump controls;
*does grounds maintenance work around pumping stations;

*alternates on a rotating standby off-hours call schedule as assigned;
*Assists in the operations of maintenance, safety and environmental matters related to the receipt and shipment of petroleum
products via marine, interconnecting pipelines, railcar's and trucks.
* Changes filters and all valve alignments (manifolds and tanks) inside the terminal property to assure the proper handling,
storage and integrity of products.
* Uses the Tank Integrated System and Oil Movement Management software to prepare daily inventory reports, terminal
balance report and rack activity report. Samples and analyzes product as instructed by the Terminal Manager.
* Keeps terminal equipment (mechanical and electrical) clean and in good working order at all times. Interacts with internal
and external customers to make sure they follow all company and safety regulations.
* Trains new employee's and makes sure they are familiar with automation, loading equipment, and emergency shutdowns.
* Conducts safety watches with outside contractors as advised by the Terminal Manager.
* Ensures all environmental and safety equipment is working properly
*Monitor pipeline operations of chemicals and fuel product transfers to and from terminal via ships, barge, tank
trucks and tank railcar while interpreting and following plant operating orders.
*Manually gauging liquid product tanks and monitoring product levels and temperature ranges.
