  • As a served Engineering Department Master Chief (EDMC), offer mentorship and coaching to all waterfront and shipyard EDMCs on casualty response and proper drill safety topics.
  • Supervises all subcontractors on preventive/corrective simulator maintenance and monitor evolutions to verify compliance with configuration control standards. Direct the planned and corrective maintenance of all critical server equipment and building systems, including replacing $5 million in HVAC, atmospheric control systems, and computer network hardware.
  • Perform biennial audits of other FIDEs at other naval base locations.
