As a Youth Coordinator, I lead the youth members on evangelization, worship social justice and serving the poor. Volunteers in community activities in addition to weekly prayers and worship which include serving in soup kitchens, caroling in nursing homes and children hospitals, raising money for the underserved communities in the Philippines and other countries. Models positive behavior for the younger members in the community and helps with organizing activities for the younger children during religious holidays including but not limited to All Saint’s Day, May Crowning, Christmas, observance of Holy Week and Easter celebration. During every summer, the Youth Group holds Encounters in which new members are recruited to be a part of the community and it is a three day weekend in which we help and serve for those candidates. Also part of the Praise Ministry in the Youth Group at the Filipino Bukas Loob sa Diyos Covenant Community. My role is to always recruit new members into praise while we practice every week for Friday worship.
