• 26 years of Refrigeration and HVAC experience.
• Owner and operator of small HVAC and refrigeration company located in Bucks County, PA. Oversee staff of 3 HVAC and refrigeration technicians, 2 apprentices and 1 receptionist.
• Project manage all installations. Delegate and oversee day to day responsibilities of HVAC & refrigeration technicians, apprentices and ancillary staff.
• Work (hands on) as lead HVAC/refrigeration technician on daily basis.
• Process and complete work orders, invoices, job bids and job scheduling.
• Manage day to day installations and service of both commercial and residential refrigeration and HVAC systems.
• Establish, and maintain numerous customer and supplier relationships in both commercial and residential HVAC & refrigeration communities particularly: Bucks, Philadelphia, Montgomery, Delaware and Chester counties.
• Install,maintain and provide both preventative and emergency 24 hour on call service to customers.
• Comply with applicable OSHA regulations and safety requirements.

Commercial and Residential Experience:

• Install, maintain, trouble shoot, overhaul, service and repair equipment such as: roof-top package systems, split systems, walk-in boxes, duct, exhaust fans, pumps, glycol systems, heat exchangers, boilers, hot water heaters, air handlers, compressors, motors, air dryers, bypass dampers, low voltage wiring, smoke detectors, and package units in commercial or blowers, electrical components as well as refrigeration systems such as commercial walk in boxes and ice machines; in accordance to manufacturer's specifications. Provide braising and soldering when needed.
• Install natural gas lines, propane lines to various heating equipment.
• Provide inspection of system components including condensers, compressors, evaporators, expansion valves and fans to identify and eliminate potential breakdowns.
• Provide service and maintenance for all equipment in food service industry such as: fryers, commercial ovens, gas ranges heat lamps, Bain-maries, sandwich stations, warmers, steam tables, reach in refrigerators, under counter refrigerators, walk-in coolers and refrigerators.

• Complete Service and installation on all HVACR related equipment such as: Ammonia and Freon central and split systems, chillers, refrigeration (Bain-Maries, walk in boxes, freezers,) refrigerators, cold cases, ice machines, air handlers, exhaust fans, controls and compressor rebuilds as well as all heating and heat required equipment.

• Completed building maintenance and service for the fast food and restaurant industry (Burger King, Taco Bell, Wendy’s, Roy Rogers, Outback, Longhorn, etc.) refrigeration, air conditioning, heating and all kitchen equipment.

• Completed service and installation on all HVACR related equipment such as split systems, chillers, refrigeration (Bain- Maries, walk in boxes, freezers,) refrigerators, cold cases, ice machines, air handlers, exhaust fans, controls and compressor rebuilds as well as all heating related equipment in both residential and industrial areas.
