Responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and repair of all heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in the hotel. This position ensures optimal climate control for guest comfort. Supervising the HVAC team, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring that all work complies with safety standards and hotel quality requirements.

ـ Lead and manage the HVAC team, assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide technical guidance.
ـ Conduct training for team members on maintenance procedures, safety practices, and new technologies.
ـ Prepare work schedules and ensure adequate staffing to maintain HVAC systems.
ـ Oversee inspection, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all HVAC equipment, including chillers, air handling units, boilers, cooling towers, and fan coil units.
ـ Ensure efficient operation of HVAC systems and maintain optimal indoor air quality and temperature.
ـ Oversee installation, upgrade, and replacement projects for HVAC systems.
ـ Review technical drawings and equipment specifications and ensure work complies with design requirements.
ـ Estimate materials, labor, and time required for projects and ensure timely completion.
Report any hazards, accidents, or incidents to management immediately.
