As an expo I run food out to tables, and make salads such as caesar and house salads. When I am scheduled phones, I take orders over the phone and help to check out people when they are picking up a takeout order. On busy days I may even have to help catch the oven which just involves taking pizzas out of the oven before they fall. When I’m scheduled delivery it’s fairly simple, I just take the delivery order that is ready first to the persons house, but it’s important to check everything is there before leaving. For each specific job there are certain closing duties that will be performed by the chosen closer and the person that helps close.

As a Hostess I helped waitresses by setting up tables when customers come to dine in. I helped to run food and drinks out, I helped clean up tables, and when the waitresses were busy I helped to take orders both in person and on the phone. When waitresses were busy I helped cash customers out at the register. I also helped with other duties as assigned to keep the restaurant nice and tidy.
