Josh Gillmore

Dedicated supervisor with proven success at building high performing teams for the Coeur d'Alene Police Department. I have been fortunate to work in several divisions in the department. I have worked patrol, was an FTO, SWAT Team member and was assigned to investigations for eight years the promoted to Sergeant. As a Sergeant I worked patrol, supervised the Traffic Unit where I helped to implement the DDACTS way of policing. I also worked special events where I worked with the city stakeholders to produce successful and safe events in the city. I currently am assigned to the Investigations Division supervising property crimes. As an investigation supervisor I have promoted better follow up with person crimes and better customer service by keeping our citizens informed of the status of their cases.
