With a 19-year tenure at Costco Wholesale, 11 of which have been in management, I have forged a dynamic career marked by proficiency and dedication. My journey began with a compelling 15-year stint in the Tire Center. I supervised the department for 6 years and Managed it for 7. This is where my passion for the intricacies of tires and automotive care took root.
During this period, I honed my skills and expertise in tire services, leveraging my enthusiasm to deliver exceptional customer experiences. My time in the Tire Center allowed me to witness firsthand the pivotal role tires play in the world of sports cars and racing, aligning seamlessly with my personal interest in these high-performance vehicles.
Driven by an unwavering passion for sports cars and racing, I've actively participated in building and racing cars outside of my professional responsibilities. This hands-on experience not only deepened my understanding of automotive dynamics but also underscored the critical impact that tires have on overall performance.
Transitioning to a role within the Costco store for the subsequent 4 years, I seamlessly integrated my automotive passion into my work in automotive service. As the Tire Center Manager, I brought to bear my meticulous attention to detail and a keen ability to intelligently communicate with customers. This unique combination allowed me to not only provide top-notch service but also to cultivate lasting relationships and friendships with customers over the years.
