Complete any requests beyond original scope of work. Which in detail, requires minimal to extensive reworking of contract. RE: change orders,

Design and install irrigation systems. Testing of backflow devices certification. Oversee and help on install of irrigation systems

Began in Landscape maintenance with perfection. Rose up to take on maintenance division and it's crews. General mowing, and clean up on residential properties.

Eventually dealt with all customer service, warranty, client relations.

Went on to also manage the Centex/Pulte accounts, along with reannaisance homes, Brentwood homes, and Reliance homes. This incurred scheduling deliveries, man power, equipment, visits to each site across portland metro area.

Helped clients decide on proper product for landscape needs. Load clients with the materials they selected. Daily interactions with multitude of different people and backgrounds.

General landscape maintenance both on commercial and residential properties. Mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, general cleanup and weekly maintenance.
