• Supervise 6 employees that work at Sunbird Condominiums and oversee the daily activities they perform with work orders, landscaping and the grounds. I was the COA project manager for the assessment totaling 18.6-million-dollars. This project was for windows, frames, knee walls and balcony railing replacement. I am the main contact with all contractors and the board with schedules and updates. While the project was in process there were also 15 other projects in process at the same time. This property consists of 2 buildings, each containing 144 condos.

• Supervise 2 employees and oversee the daily activities they perform with work orders, landscaping and grounds. The property has one building containing 90 condos. I was the main contact for owners, rental guests, other property management companies and all contractors. I was on-call 24 hours a day, 7-days a week. I oversaw all quotes and repairs due to Hurricane Michael damage totaling around 30 million dollars.

• Was tasked with all HVAC and plumbing preventative maintenance services and repairs in all properties owned by the City.

i was a new construction plumber. Plumbed all underground and also installed fixtures. I also did HVAC installs and running of ductwork.

I ran a carpet cleaning and maintenance business. I replaced toilets and other kitchen and bathroom fixture including garbage disposal. Did electrical work such as replacing breaker. plugs and light fixtures. Also did drywall work and painting. Fixed decks and porches.
