Currently look at what loads we will have and plan how many drivers are needed from each station to move the amp of loaded trailers we would have for that night. I also look into finding help with loads when a station doesn’t provide the necessary amount of drivers needed.

I ran a load side that consisted of 12 to 15 people that I had to move around door to door to load down trailers in that area. I also managed the flow that went into each door so I wouldn’t fill too many trailers at one time.

I taught new loaders how to properly load a trailer. I also talked and showed them how to work safe while loading the trailers. I also explained what was expected of them from week to week.

I loaded trailers as full as I could get them. I also would pick the belt pulling ICs off and putting them in the correct doors.
