- Started out as a Sorter Operator then got into the Maintenance Department went through Millwright Schooling for the Company, Went to the Kilns as a Millwright, And then moved up to Lead Position in the Planer Mill for the Company. After new job role posted i applied for the Supervisor position in the Kiln department in 2020 and was chosen so a stayed supervisor til I left in 2023
