• Worked with stakeholders and call center project managers through 2022 to develop an SSIS Package for call transfer root-cause analysis under Cigna's US Medical portfolio.
• The package uses 10 data sources to create a rolling 12-month master table, refreshed daily, which is then ingested by Tableau. The presentation layer dashboard has 50 users per month, and 325 views on average.
• By November 2022 stakeholders had identified $3.2M in OPEX savings through analysis using the dashboard.

• Build ETL pipelines using Informatica Powercenter that feed into a large Oracle enterprise data warehouse. Job config files and misc. Runtime storage maintained on Unix servers.

• Create datasets for analysis by gathering and translating requirements into complex, multi-step queries.
