Inspire is a mentor based program for public school students. Through effective communication and leadership, kids get to learn about topics not often touched on in the typical classroom, such as how to maintain healthy relationships.

Pouring into kids multiple times a week, serving under the leadership of the children's director of Trinity Church. Responsibilities included lesson planning, sermon writing, preaching for K5 through 5th grade, leading and participating in after school daycare, facilitating games, and physical labor such as moving stage props.

• Assisted with day-to-day operations, working efficiently and productively with all team members.
• Demonstrated respect, friendliness and willingness to help wherever needed.
• Authored sermons, speeches and created games.
• Interacted with local community, building relationships both inside and outside of church walls.

Serving in all roles of the church coffee shop, including barista, cashier, and restocking items.

• Pleasantly interacted with customers during hectic periods to promote fun, positive environment.
• Cleaned counters, machines, utensils, and seating areas daily.
• Trained new team members with positive reinforcement and respectful, encouraging coaching.
