6 Months- Diagnosed and resolved deep technical issues on robotic systems in diverse operational environments & across states when needed.

1 Year 5 Months- Maintained and repaired AMAT 5200 toolsets in the CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) department.
- My work consisted of preventative maintenance on chambers, standard PMs, robot handoffs, local center finder (LCF), partitioning for ongoing particle issues, and RF calibration.
- I conducted testing on the wafers for uniformity, thickness, particles, and scratch testing when needed.
- Troubleshooting issues intermittently when deeper detail was needed and fixing leaks by helium leak checking.

Assembler Lvl 3
1 Year 7 Months- Started in MDP, the building ground for chambers at Applied Materials.
- I learned how to perform helium leak checks, work with engineers on fixing issues in systems firsthand, and use IOMS/Prompt to assemble chambers piece by piece.
- Certified in CQP, leak checking systems, operating cranes, 5S, O-ring cleaning, and material handling.
- I have experience with various machines from beginning to end, Operations 10-90, such as PVD, CVD, TXZ, SPRINT, Tersas, and pre-clean chambers.
- When issues arose in the test portion of the line, I would help diagnose the issue and install the part that was needed for the changeout.
