• Nestle's Safety committee for employees that meets once a month to discuss procedure and overall safety risks and compliance. Responsibilities included coaching others on their risk assessments and assisting in incident reports & investigations as well as factory inspections.

• Achieved a promotion at Nestle going from Coffee Mate production to training in the Stores Department after two weeks of working.
• Often catching errors saving time, money & effort ensuring purchase orders & loads matched both physically & electronically on the corresponding trailer.
• Eagerly obtained knowledge with the ability to retain & apply what was learned habitually.
• Worked independently in charge of areas & projects as well as working closely with all departments ensuring production ran smoothly from start to shipment.
• With the help of other new hires and working together we had the most productive year in 2025 in 4 years improving quality and efficiency increasing "First Time Right" production, limiting waste, & keeping to schedule.
