Supervise personnel and schedule daily tasks for infrastructure and water systems team. Coordinate with other managers throughout the mill to achieve tasks in a timely and effective manner. Keep accurate time and records using SAP. Use Excel to create spreadsheets to assist with organization of staff and production.

Monitor and maintain the fire protection system, within NFPA code, for the mill. That includes the fire pump and suppression system, fire alert system, and fire extinguishers. Work closely with EHS and the fire department to insure safety of life and property.

Daily inspections and PMs of water systems to insure consistent pressure and flow to support mill operations. Included maintaining centrifugal pumps, vertical turbine pumps, and chemical feed pumps. Keeping accurate records of processes and inventory. Troubleshooting the system to address issues in a timely manner to limit disruption to production schedule.

Performed inspections and routine maintenance on equipment in support of plant operation. Oversaw the operation of the recycled water treatment plant and collected daily samples of water for quality testing.
