  • I started here as part of a plan to one day take over the company that my father in law built from the ground up and by word of mouth.
  • I started on the duct crew and worked my way to technician and installer. I was eventually given more of a management role as time went on. I was given 40% ownership up until the day I resigned.
  • I introduced the company to financing and selling higher end equipment to increase our margins and doubled the sales by year two of me implementing these strategies.
  • I started the transition in the company to go from paper invoicing to switching over to electronic invoicing through the use of Housecall Pro.
  • I enrolled myself in many business development classes along with hundreds of hours of training courses to try and establish myself as one of the top technicians in the Austin area.
