  • Responsible for implementation and/or continued expert services for over 50 clients from various industries with business sizes ranging from SMB to Enterprise-level businesses
  • Contracts were dependent on multiple factors including license quantity, features purchased, and hours allocated to the project
  • They ranged from $15k for SMB implementations to over $150k for annual expert services engagements
  • In a typical day, I would conduct 3-5 client meetings lasting 1 hour each
  • A project update for client management and executives providing a meeting recap, status, and completed objectives was required
  • I also managed emails, calls, texts, and ad-hoc client and company meetings

  • This included developing processes, goals, metric tracking, a service plan, and dealer training
  • With the great success of this pilot, TrueCar created the full-time role of Performance Consultant
  • In my final role I created valuable content for the success of the TrueCar Trade VOI (Vehicle Of Interest) program
  • This included a dealer-facing training video, an internal activation process, and additional dealer-facing documents
