I'm a San Jose native who's proud to call the Bay Area home. More than anything, I'm a husband to my wife, Wendy, and a dad to our two-year-old daughter, Aubrey. I've always been hands-on and love working on cars, which fuels my passion as an automotive enthusiast. I'm also a big foodie and can point anyone to the best spots to eat. Fitness has been a huge part of my life ever since my own weight-loss journey, and it's grown into a passion for learning, growth, and helping others find success in their health.
