VOIP Phone System
• Maintains District VOIP phone system, including updating Auto-Attendant tree, renaming phone profiles/extensions, resetting voicemail passwords, and troubleshooting any physical/technical issues with end user phones
Access Control
• Coordinated installation of new access control equipment in all schools district wide
