VOIP Phone System
• Maintains District VOIP phone system, including updating Auto-Attendant tree, renaming phone profiles/extensions, resetting voicemail passwords, and troubleshooting any physical/technical issues with end user phones
Access Control
• Coordinated installation of new access control equipment in all schools district wide
• Implemented/troubleshoot software for FOBs and door technologies related to access control system
Camera/Security
• Install/maintain camera servers across district

Cyber Security

Network

• Designs, implements, and maintains network infrastructure components, such as routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, wireless systems, communication devices, cabling, etc.
• Maintains network equipment and network management systems at correct software levels

Wireless
• Completed full building AP install/cutover to new wireless systems(Aerohive to Ruckus)

• Upgraded software on both physical and virtual smart zone controllers with Ruckus APs(experience also troubleshooting/install Cisco Meraki and Aerohive APs)
