I have been enthusiastic about sports since as long as I can remember. Playing all kinds of sports myself, taking nutrition and physical health very seriously and passionately, and I have always wanted to take the sidelines, and make good athletes great athletes. Starting to workout at the age of 14, and then soon after starting to take nutrition seriously, I have a lot of first hand experience and knowledge in this field. I'm great with anyone at any age, and know the appropriate way to respond/plan for my athletes. After a couple of bad injuries during my sophomore season of high school football, I shifted my focus almost all the way to professional training. Reading all in I can and really dedicating myself to this field of study. Being able to take my younger brother and his friends to the gym, the same gym I found my passion for this field in, it was an amazing experience. I saw myself get to show my knowledge and skills by helping them, all while being very supportive and encouraging. Being a coach of a second to third grade flag football team has taught me well on how to be patient, and encourage encouragement.
