Valor Ranch is a Non-Profit organization that was co-founded by my wife and myself. Valor Ranch's objective is to provide housing for Female Veterans offering them wrap around services to help them overcome obstacles that my be hindering their success. Since its conception is 2018, I have not only overseen every project in the building process, but have done the work physically. This entails the following

Complete infrastructure and design of 10 tiny homes

1. Electrical install from pole to structures

2. Plumbing from rough in to top out

3. Pad building

4 Septic design and install

5. Stair structures

6. Dirt work for driveway

7. Dirt work for proper drainage and watwr shed

8. Construction of all buildings on the 10 acre facility including 2000sqft common area, 30 x 75 fully climate controlled Aquqponics Garden, livestock barn, livestock loafing shed, 60' x 180' pad for 2 mobile homes with infrastructure as well.

9. Dug a 1/2 acre pond along with proper spillway for watershed

Owner of Josh Graham Contracting. Seek projects for commercial and residential construction. To include new and existing remodel. Execute SOW according to clients needs and purposes. Create a cohesive environment to efficiently finish projects according to contractual timelines.
