I have 2 years of experience as a foreman, 6 years experience in trade, started as Laborer and continued to learn and improve and climb the ranks
As a foreman, I am on the job sites every morning to oversee how things go.
Plan how the day goes, what needs to get done, how to do it, and make sure I have materials onsite for the week.
Stay involved with the onsite Superintendent, electricians, plumbers, and any trade that may have something that involves their materials that may interfere with any masonry work.
Stay on top of safety protocols with the workers under my direction, ensuring, to the best of my ability, that every day passes without injury.
Go over the plans for the job every day and ensure that what is being called to get done is getting done, per the plans.
On sites that require daily/weekly reports, I make sure they are filled out and completed, as well as any tickets that need to be written up and submitted.
Trained new employees on company policies and day-to-day procedures.
Supervised a year-long project in Millsboro, ran a large crew of over 20 workers daily, waterproofed the entire building, and supervised a subcontractor for the stone work around the building until completion.
Various small projects, foundations, brick fronts in communities, several school projects, concrete slabs, footers, dumpster enclosures
3 GGA projects - Grottos in Dewey and the Hotel in Frederica, and a short time at the Corporate building in Rehoboth.
