I have built and remodeled a lot of projects and have done numerous new builds from foundation to roof there isn't too much on a house I haven't done which led me to building my own home. I worked with various contractors at the time floors and tile was my specialty

Knowledge of cnc, benders, press brakes and the utilization of multiple hand and small mechanical tools

• Grade reading with conversion math plus or minus slope

• Communication with engineers, project Forman, safety man, was first aid trained but has expired and multiple state inspectors
• Trained in multiple styles of man lifts
• Crain setter and rigger
• 4g certification
• Rehab I beams due to salt and other earthly elements
• Welded sole plates, pile for end bents,sound walls and open ended joints
