Layout markings for walls to be built. Install top track and bottom track for metal studs. Install metal studs screwing them off at desired spacing. Measure and install drywall. Fire tape joints for top out (above ceiling height). Install ceiling grid. Apply fire caulk (fire stop). Install shaft wall system. Interior framing as well as exterior framing on commercial buildings. Insulate walls. Install backing either wood or metal. Install plywood on parapit walls on roof. Build soffits and chase walls.
