- 2 years experience as a process assistant, I help launch AFE when the building launch, I also help out with optimizing the support team in which consist of coming together the right amount of personnel that was needed to make sure there wasn’t that much deadtime when the packers needing to get boxes for there station.
- Cap - I was in cap for a little over seven months, I help out associates raise their rate by studying exactly their flaws and studying how the ar floor operates, in which that consist of pod gaps, making sure the floor was balance at all times and etc
- I also was apart of 5s the floor project that consist of optimizing the station far as how many totes needed to be at the station and 5s the dirty,virtual empty totes near the station.Results tote running was easier and the pickers were able to pick and not have stop in put totes into the machine
- Ship Dock- So I’m currently a ship dock floor P.A
- When I first transfer to shipdock I was a flats P.A for a month and a half, then I was move to SSD and I was a PA in SSD for 5 months
- Box Sweep Project-One day my A.M and O.M came to me with a project that consist of optimizing the station to be more user friendly and I also cut down on the dead time the packers was accumulating going to get there on boxes. So they gave me a chart in which it consist of most frequently used boxes and the least frequently used boxes. So I ran studies on the actual bulleye and I found out some location on the bulleyes wasn’t used maybe 5 or six times a shift. So I cut the quantity down on the sections that had boxes barely being used in I added boxes that needed a buff on quantity. For example the Q6 boxes was mainly used for posters and P5 was used in both multi's and single pack station. Results both multi and singles would see a significantly boost on rate and efficiency, during peak we had a rate of 80 for singles and packers went two periods without needing to turn on the blue light
