Directed a 30+ person worship and creative arts team, overseeing recruitment, auditions, scheduling, rehearsals, and ongoing coaching for musicians, singers, and production volunteers.

• Provided counseling for all ages with compassion and encouragement. Years of experience with hospital visitations as well as hospice care for individuals and their families.
• Designed and led weekly services for a 1,000+ member congregation, including flagship holiday productions (Easter, Christmas Eve) requiring cross-functional coordination across staff and volunteers.
• Chaired weekly staff-level service planning meetings, aligning senior leadership around programming, logistics, and pastoral direction.
• Provided care and direction for over 100 families with memorials/Celebration of Life services.

• Led all three weekend worship services as Worship Pastor — directing band, managing weekly scheduling, auditioning new talent, mentoring team members, and resolving both relational and technical issues in real time.
• Served as Technology Director, overseeing all sound, livestream, and in-house production (hardware and software) for weekly services, recruiting and training volunteers, and managing system upgrades.
• Launched and led a monthly Young Adults ministry (ages 18–34) using volunteer leaders to build community, facilitate discussion on culture and character, and provide ongoing relational support via in-person, phone, and text.
• Managed multiple concurrent ministry functions simultaneously across three distinct pastoral roles over 8 years.

• Took over the 11:00 AM modern service in 2008 while simultaneously leading the High School youth group; grew that service from 200 to 400+ attendees within one year.
• Expanded oversight in 2011 to include the 9:30 AM Contemporary service; by 2012, both services were reaching 500+ congregants per week — reversing a prior decline in attendance.
• Joined VMC's Executive Team and Teaching Team, preaching and communicating to the full congregation across three weekend services on a quarterly rotation.
• Managed weekly planning for multiple services, volunteer scheduling (musicians, singers, tech), and cross-functional collaboration with paid and volunteer tech staff.
• Wrote original music and lyrics; produced content supporting series and overall service design.

• Began as a volunteer leader of an 8-person high school group; grew it to 40+, then 80+ students through relational investment, creative programming, and community engagement.
• Oversaw musician and singer teams, counseled students and parents, organized fundraisers, led youth camps, overnighters, and community events.
• Organized and led annual missions trips to Mexico; managed and maintained a balanced program budget.
• Responsible for creative design (logos, branding), volunteer training and oversight, and collaborative support for the Lead Pastor's daily operational functions.
