I possess a unique combination of Culinary and Correctional experience and I am well seasoned in both trades. I have humble beginnings and have had my share of tragedies yet I remain full of Joy and Praise for our creator, Jesus Christ. You may read this and think that I am a long way from home and you are not wrong. Should we meet face to face I will be happy to share with you my reasons for leaving my home state of California. I have led a full life and have a ways to go. I am the father of 5 beautiful children and hope to give them the best life possible. I can think of no better place to be than there with you with like minded people in service to the lord.
Chef in charge of all kitchen duties for AM/PM shifts including all meals and special events; food preparation; assists Director of Dining Services with scheduling of staff and ordering/inventory of all food/supplies; co-leads resident meetings to discuss kitchen and dining experience for current clients; supervising all kitchen and dining room staff as well managing all duties of Director in his absence; ensuring accordance with all county and state regulations.
