Summary

My years in the Army as well as in the civilian world have given me the work ethic and discipline needed to succeed in any given environment. I thrive under pressure and am able to quickly and efficiently solve problems. I have extensive leadership training and have managed soldiers under the most extreme circumstances. During my Army Career I was awarded many awards to include the Bronze Star as well as a Purple Heart. In the years subsequent to my time in the Army I have worked with soldiers suffering from PTSD, acting as a mentor and coach. I understand how to delegate and find strengths in people. In this way I am able to motivate them by promoting their strengths, while working on their weaker areas.
