• Deliver items of different kinds and sizes to various addresses taking the best routes
• Load and unload shipments from trucks or trailers into customer's vehicles
• Unload packages from customers' vehicles at destinations
• Collect payments for deliveries
• Observe departing times and routes
• Conduct route audits to ensure that all deliveries are made on time and within the established guidelines
• Ensure that all packages are safely, securely, and promptly delivered to customers
• Determine if there are any issues with a shipment before it leaves the facility
