Aktual Entertainment LLC is a multi-media entertainment production company that specializes in the creation, development, and production of original intellectual properties spanning across multiple media platforms.
As Co-founder/Owner, I am currently responsible for overseeing business operations, creative direction, and production for the companies many diverse projects, including:
* Comic Book Publishing: Aktual Entertainment LLC is currently working writing, producing, and publishing an original superhero comic book series in both physical and digital formats.
* Audio & music Production: Aktual Entertainment LLC has a variety of gear and equipment used in our professional recording and mixing division dedicated to music, audiobooks, podcasts, and sound design. Currently, I am the head of this division and am attending PBSC for an AS in Audio/Visual Engineering.
* Video Game Development: Aktual Entertainment LLC has a division dedicated to the storytelling, design, and development of video games in a multitude of styles. Currently, Aktual Entertainment LLC is working on an original game series.
Started in the summer of 2019, this was my first job right out of highschool. I started off as a Customer Service Representative taking phone calls and orders from customers and over 6 years of employment, worked my way up from CSR to Level 4 Assistant General Manager. As I continued, I climbed through the ranks eventually becoming one of the most experienced and senior managers ending at a level 4 Assistant General Manager. From July 1,2025 - August 17,2025, I was the temporary General Manager of my own Domino's store. My duties and responsibilities for this position:
* Oversaw daily store operations for both closing and opening shifts.
*Helped in he supervision and training of new staff both insiders and delivery drivers.
* Created and managed scheduling and lobar costs.
* Oversaw inventory ordering and management.
* Responsible for cash and credit card management, including deposits, register count, and loss prevention.
* Delivered phenomenal and outstanding customer service
* Produced exceptional pizzas and products in a quick and orderly fashion.
* Responsible for between $30-50,000 a week in revenue sales, averaging $120-200,000 a month depending on which store location. (I have worked at 3 stores full time, and 5 stores I have bounced around when more help was needed for a total of 8 stores worked in 6 years.)
Between July 1, 2025- August 17, 2025, I was responsible as temporary General Manager of my own store and staff. I left Domino's completely after the full time GM position was given to another manager.
