Joshua Turgeon

I began working in Receiving at Walmart in February 2017.

At that time, my work consisted of a variety of tasks, from checking in deliveries of Coke, Pepsi, and several other name-brand products, which are supplied by third-party distributors.

I was also responsible for receiving daily deliveries of DVDs, video games, high-cost electronics, firearms, and jewelry.

Before I worked in receiving, I was a stocking associate, cashier, and shopping cart retriever.

Other aspects of my job as a receiving associate include unloading our grocery, meat, and produce trucks, which arrive daily, helping to stock shelves as needed, and making sure our backroom is a clean and safe working environment.
