- Exercise Prescription Research, Capstone Project: Goal was to create a exercise program and monitor my clients progress over the course of the semester. At the end of the semester results were summarized in a case study and presented to my peers.
- Peer Supplemental Instruction (PSI) Research: The goal of this study was to examine how PSI sessions impacted students. Role was to lead two one hour study sessions per week and monitor student progress over the course of the semester via surveys. Results were presented at the Human Anatomy and Physiology Society (HAPS) conference in Albuquerque, NM 2023
Shadowing
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA), 1/30/26. Shadowed a CRNA during ENT balloon sinuplasty procedures. The anesthetist performed deep sedation for all procedures.
- Anesthesiologist assistant (AA), 2/4/26 and 2/13/26. Shadowed an AA providing anesthesia during a wide variety of cases such as leg amputation, PEG tube placement, endoscopy, and Fem-Pop bypass. The anesthetist performed general anesthesia and deep sedation.
