My uncle Jermaine Andre, a two-time world champion and five-time US champion in mixed martial arts, introduced me to combat. He currently owns and operates a self-defense and mixed martial arts gym in Missouri. I started going to his gym when I was five years old, quit, and then I started boxing for two years in Golden Gloves. I finished with a 3-2 record before putting boxing on hold to focus on my passion for cars.
